Body-Centered

The body holds what words sometimes can’t reach. Somatic work invites us to listen beneath language, to the subtle sensations, impulses, and rhythms that carry emotional truth. By slowing down and attuning to the body’s wisdom, you begin to notice how emotions, stress, and old patterns live in breath, posture, tension, and movement.

In our work together, I may invite you to notice where sensation is present or where numbness appears, track shifts in breath or temperature, or gently ground through movement. These practices help regulate the nervous system, making it easier to stay connected when emotions feel overwhelming. Over time, you develop a deeper sense of safety, self-trust, and embodied presence. Body-centered awareness becomes not just a way of coping, but a way of living with greater authenticity, aliveness, and ease.
