FAQ
Where are you located?
I offer online therapy to residents of California and Oregon, making it easier to get the support you need—wherever you are, on your schedule. Whether you're in San Francisco, Los Angeles, Portland, or anywhere in between, I provide a supportive space to help you work through anxiety, perfectionism, and relationship challenges—all from the comfort of your home.
How often do we meet?
Sessions are 50 minutes long and happen once a week. This consistent rhythm helps build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship and keeps the momentum going for meaningful growth and healing.
How much does it cost?
I offer a free 20-minute consultation so we can get a sense of whether we’re a good fit.
If you live in Oregon, I accept the following insurance plans:
Aetna
Regence BlueCross BlueShield
Quest Behavioral Health
Your session cost will depend on your plan’s copay or coinsurance.
For private pay clients, my rates are:
$200 per 50-minute session (Oregon)
$250 per 50-minute session (California)
I accept Zelle, Venmo, or credit card.
I also reserve a few sliding-scale spots, please reach out if cost is a concern.
Do you take insurance?
I’m now in-network with several insurance plans for Oregon residents, including:
Aetna
Regence BlueCross BlueShield
Quest Behavioral Health
Your out-of-pocket cost will depend on your plan’s copay or coinsurance. I’m happy to help you check your benefits before we start.
If you’re with another insurance company, I can provide a monthly superbill for potential reimbursement through your PPO plan, HSA, or employer reimbursement account.
If you’re using out-of-network benefits, here are a few good questions to ask your insurance provider:
Do I have out-of-network mental health coverage?
Is therapy with a licensed LMFT reimbursable?
What percentage of my session fee will be reimbursed?
