Unique therapy for creative people.

<<

Hi, I'm Ryan.

Finding a therapist can be a difficult process. It takes courage to reach out and ask for help, especially when the person at the other end is a complete stranger.

  • You want to interact with another person, not talk to a "wall".
  • You want to share vulnerable feelings and embarrassing stories without feeling judged.
  • Most importantly, whether you're laughing or crying, you want to feel comfortable being yourself.

What I Do

SERVICES:

Individual Therapy

Whether you're looking to address a specific issue or improve the quality of your life, therapy is a place where transformation is possible.

Couples Therapy

Relationships bring your most vulnerable parts to the surface, at times stifling connection. Therapy can help you communicate even in the face of conflict.

APPROACH:

Creative

I work creatively, drawing on a variety of modalities, to offer you a holistic therapeutic experience based on your goals.

Empowering

By illuminating your unconscious process you'll gain self-awareness, empowering you to identify feelings that lie at the heart of your issues.

Compassionate

Our relationship is the catalyst for change, and compassion is the foundation on which self-acceptance and transformation are built.

Are you a creative professional or simply passionate about art?

FEE:

Please call to discuss the fee; our initial 15-minute phone consultation is free.

INSURANCE:

If you have PPO Health Insurance, a health savings account, or a medical reimbursement account through your employer, I can provide you with a statement for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company (regarding "out-of-network" reimbursement) or employer to verify coverage of psychotherapy services with a Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (MFTI).

SCHEDULING:

Typically, individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 75 minutes, once a week. Consistency is an important part of therapy because it helps us develop our relationship and keep the momentum going.
