If you have PPO Health Insurance, a health savings account, or a medical reimbursement account through your employer, I can provide you with a statement for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company (regarding "out-of-network" reimbursement) or employer to verify coverage of psychotherapy services with a Registered Associate MFT (AMFT).
Typically, individual sessions are 50 minutes and couples sessions are 75 minutes, once a week. Consistency is an important part of therapy because it helps us develop our relationship and keep the momentum going.
